Not going to lie, I have come across a lot of men and woman who do believe that the general idea of a "hot" girl is usually White who fits the features I have mentioned.

Personally, I don’t think that it is for the individual. Maybe some individuals, maybe not for some. But I believe that AS A SOCIETY we praise white, blue eyed, slim, and busty females. As a society we have created this social construct of what beauty is: slim, busty, white, blond, etc. Females with those characteristics are privileged in our society and those who fall outside this description is disadvantaged to an extent depending on their features.
