I am purchasing a green tree python and I have everything from the cage to the accessories, but one thing is missing. I do not have a perch. I need somethig that will be sturdy enough to hold the green tree python as he gets older, but not to big and bulky because it will take away from the beauty of the cage (plus they tend to go for a thinner branch). Any takers on how I could create such a thing?
I have worked at local zoo as a reptile keeper for a couple of years now and we always use these for our tree boas and tree pythons and they seem to work well, plus they are easy to clean.
