25 Decwhy people need to eat green vegetables?

my mom always saying me "you need to eat vegetables!and you can be a storong ,beauty women!" but i don’t want to be a storong girl anyway. why people need to eat green vegetables?

5 words- THEY ARE GOOD FOR YOU.

Why? I can just look it up on the wikipedia anyway.

    Green veggies are good for your blood,they are also a good sources of iron and other vitamins for the skin.So mom’s do know whats best.

    Yes because of the fiber, minerals and also vitamins. Above all vitamins: Folic Acid. folic acid or vitamin B9 will prevent damages in newborn’s neural system.
